St. Helens

 Actually I've lost rack of the number of times I've climbed St. Helens.  Needless to say it's one of my favorite climbs.

Here's where we used to get permits, Jacks store.  It burned down.  Now permits are acquired online or in Cougar.

Once at the bivouac we get ready to start the climb.  It's at this point that I check everyone's shoes to be sure they are serious climbers.

Always fun taking pictures and driving with a van full of people on a windy road without guard rails:
