Another picture of the same lake as the last little shadow of dawn disappears. What's in store for today do you think?
We ascend into a series of flat meadows terraced one over the other with short climbs in between. The very edge of the high mountain ridges grow closer and closer.
Wandering out into the meadow.
Below is Royal Basin itself. The usual campsite for hikers.
