Dutch Oven Stroganov (12 inch Oven)
1 onion
2 pounds chopped beef
salt and pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup water
3 cans tomato sauce
1 teaspoon worcestershire
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (12 oz) bag noodles
Brown the meat in the oven while mixing up the other stuff. Keep some lups in the sour cream, no big deal. Put the noodles on top of the meat when it's brown, put the mix over that
30 to 45 minutes, depending on the noodles. 10 coals on the bottom and 15 on top.
Serves 4 to 6.
